1 . Which Shipping Carrier Do You Use?

We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex and UPS. We also have private drivers for local deliveries.

3 . Do you ship outside of Canada?

Coast2Coast only ships to addresses within Canada, including P.O. Boxes.

Customers are welcome to utilize shipping services such as Reship.com or any other reship company of your choice to receive packages outside of our supported regions. 

We will also ship to a friend, co-worker or family member located in Canada and they can forward to you. 

4 . What is Shipping Insurance and how does it work?

Coast to Coast has you covered with our shipping insurance option!

In the event your package is lost and/or stolen and you've selected that little box at check out that says Insurance fee, simply give us a call and we will open an investigation. Make sure you do NOT mention cannabis in any way. This means NO mention of Psilocybin, CBD and/or THC, etc. 

It's important to stay in contact if they (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and/or Fedex) reach out or you will forfit your right to a claim. If for some reason they cannot located the package and you've complied with all the necessary steps, we will put the credit of the cost of goods (excluding shipping) into your account.

We recommend the signature option so that Canada Post does not safe drop, this helps prevents the possibility of the package being stolen.

 

Shipping insurance does NOT cover :

Damaged/Melted products. We have an extra fee for this that.

Late delivery

Missing item(s)

If you tell the shipping provider what the contents are. Ex (Cannabis, edibles, cbd, thc, magic mushrooms, etc)

5 . Why do I need to upload my ID?

To comply with the Government of Canada's rules we need proof that you are over the age of 18 and that you live in Canada.

We have 2 options to verify your age.
1. You can upload your ID via the form on your account details page. (note - If you have already uploaded your ID, the upload form will not be visible),email or text it in.
2. You can request an exception by submitting a support ticket via the helpdesk to our customer service agent. Note there will be an additional $10 charge on all orders placed as we will add adult signature to all orders placed.


Below is an example of the infomation need to be visible on your uploaded ID. You can block out your photo also, it's not required.

6 . Viewing Orders

As a registered client, you can sign into your account to view your order history and place quick reorders.

7 . Updating Account Information

To update your account information simply login. Click on account icon in the menu bar at the top of our website or give us a call and we are happy to help.
