2 . What is Shipping Insurance and how does it work?
Coast to Coast has you covered with our new shipping insurance option!
In the event your package is lost and/or stolen and you've selected that little box at check out that says Insurance fee, simply give Canada Post a call and open an investigation. Make sure you do NOT mention cannabis in any way. This means NO mention of CBD and/or THC. Contact us with your ticket number so we can add the ticket to your file.
It's important to stay in contact if they reach out or you will forfit your right to a claim. If for some reason they cannot located the package and you've complied with all the necessary steps, we will put the credit of the cost of goods (excluding shipping) into your account.
We recommend the signature option so that Canada Post does not safe drop, this helps prevents the possibility of the package being stolen.
